I did it, achivement unlock

well, I passed a stepping stone in my life, I got my own place,

my gen has a problem of owning property,

I'm not rich, I don't have a platform, my familly is not rich, I have no conections, and I don't want to be in a relationship, I don't have a sugar daddy/mommy (I'm so jelous of people who have the guts to do it)

so I had to stick to a few rules:

Rule no.1: Save up, so I worked, and saved up for a couple of years,

Rule no.2: No Loans, I refuse to get a loan unless I'm starting a company of my own,

Rule no.3: Less bills to pay, stopped renting and moved back in with a parrent to save faster, cut's on the bills,

simply put, getting a budged without getting into debt,

I did a market search, studied how it actually works, I compared everything for a whole year - before finding the right one, it's amazing how prices change over every quarter, and it's actually much cheaper to buy when it's still in developemnt than a full finished one - it's a gamble sometimes.

couple of spreadsheets, calls and emails later,

I picked an all a new Project Developement, big city, new building, all new structures, good Developer company with over 20 years of business, good bussness companies neighborhood, nice city comunication network,

I signed my contract. the Developer started work,

then Tragedy hit my familly, with a devestating death in the familly,

it put a pauze on my plans,

now I finally got my keys, and I can start "finishing" my own apartment, it's bare bones and new, but it's all mine,

I'm gonna do it all my way.
